LOST
This animatic was inspired by a very REAL and very memorable experience when I took part in the Duke of Edenborough Expedition. Our friend group was fortunate enough to get lost in a fog as the name would imply, the wind was loud, the rain was intense and nothing was in sight.
As scary as this situation was in the moment we had a great time laughing at ourselves once we made it out!
The audio was spliced together from the original video footage I took from that day.

The dynamic camera in Storyboard Pro helped me recreate the whiplash effect of trying to find you way around in a low visibility environment. When animating the camera I tend to treat it as a character of its own, give it some personality to help drive its motions throughout the story.
